Spec: Unresolved locator
The locator no longer matches anything. Retries and replay cannot find the control.
Inspect marked the widget unresolved: the stored locator hits zero nodes. Not this: the id is absent from the map (T-09); the control is still there under a new name (T-11).
This id is stable. Reports link here so T/V/Q classes do not shuffle when a soak ranks differently.
