Content leaks out of its card, table, or the viewport. It looks broken and can hide a control.
Document wider than the viewport past the scrollbar gutter, or a box leaking past its edge. Intended scroll panes and 320px reflow (WCAG 1.4.10) are not this id — 320 overflow is A-1.4.10.
This id is stable. Reports link here so T/V/Q classes do not shuffle when a soak ranks differently.
